B-007 VALO – Bridge District 

This high-rise residential building, standing at G+2P+32 floors, will feature a total BUA of 53,983.82 SQM and a GFA of 33,318.00 SQM, with 291 units. Residents can choose from 122 one-bedroom, 129 two-bedroom, and 40 three-bedroom apartments. The property will offer 363 parking bays and amenities on Tower Level 1, including a gym, multipurpose hall, outdoor pool, kids’ area, and BBQ spots, with the facility management office at ground level. 

B-006 ALTUS – Bridge District 

Designed as a G+2P+20F/13F building with two towers, ALTUS will have a combined BUA of 53,849.39 SQM and a GFA of 34,010.13 SQM.
